Fertiliser injection, or fertigation, directly into your irrigation water is vital in being able to get the best from your crop. There are various different methods we can use and depending on location of the crop, initial water type and a host of other variables, each method has its advantages and disadvantages.
A customised Irribiz solution using tank and agitators and injection via pump is the most common, but more precise systems include testing to get a more precise EC with a solenoid valve controlling the release rate of a venturi. Such a system is the Galcon FertiJet system pictured below which can be controlled by either the Galstar or the Galileo, depending on the requirements.
Whether it’s a greenhouse in Virginia, or a Vineyard in Hanwood, the team at Irribiz have the knowledge and capability to design, source, supply and install a complete solution. And when it comes time to properly maintain them, our service division will be on hand to provide their support.
