RETURNS POLICY

If you would like to return a product, it must be received by Irribiz within 30 days from date of invoice in accordance with the information below. 

INCORRECT ORDER/ CHANGE OF MIND

If you have ordered the incorrect product or have changed your mind, you must contact our team within 14 days from date of dispatch to you. A return email must be authorised by Irribiz before returning the product. The product, in the original packaging, must be returned in original, sellable condition. You will have to pay freight on the goods that are being returned and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The fee will be deducted from your final refund upon return of the goods.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If a product is broken/damaged on arrival to your premises, please contact the team within 48 hours of receival.

  • Please provide information and a photo of the product to online@irribiz.com.au.
  • On Irribiz acknowledgement of transit damage, a return label will be emailed or sent via post for free return of the damaged product and a replacement will be sent at the first possible opportunity.

WARRANTY POLICY

If a product fails whilst in use within the Warranty Period, please contact the team as soon as possible on 1300 477 424.

  • Please provide information of the failure, the purchase invoice number and a photo of the product to online@irribiz.com.au.
  • After investigating the fault, at the instruction of Irribiz, the customer may have to return the product to Irribiz at the customer’s expense.
  • Upon receipt by Irribiz, the returned product will be assessed:
  1. If the returned product is faulty, as determined by the manufacturer, a replacement or the repaired product will be returned to the customer at Irribiz cost; or
  2. If the product is not deemed faulty, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense; or
  3. If the product is deemed to be misused or abused the product will be returned at the customer’s expense or if the customer abandons the product, it will be disposed of by Irribiz after 90 days from receipt.
  • If covered by warranty, Irribiz may also arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced by a third party.

All products purchased through Irribiz carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
Any warranty claims will be at the discretion of the manufacturer and subject to their warranty policy.
