Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within Australia. Irribiz uses either Australia Post and StarTrack to ensure the best possible delivery service to our clients. Irribiz will only ship to accessible destinations confirmed by Australia Post and StarTrack. If we are arranging direct delivery from our supplier, they may use their own courier. Postage cost will vary according to the requested delivery address and weight of item(s). Due to increasing redelivery charges and fees from the courier, orders will be marked as Authority To Leave (ATL) with no signature required at the address nominated unless delivery instructions are given by the customer.
Overweight Items
Any over-weight or bulky items may be subject to a freight charge which will be quoted by email prior to the shipping of the order. Irribiz and the customer reserve the right to cancel the order due to excessive freight charges. If this occurs a full refund will be processed.
Delivery Process
We shall endeavour to dispatch orders received before 11am Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be processed on the next business day. If any item(s) are not in stock and/or in transit to us from a supplier, Irribiz will notify you via email or phone and arrange delivery as soon as received, please allow an additional 2-7 days for delivery.
- Australia Post will deliver the goods to the address nominated by you, and all goods are noted with ‘No Signature Required’ and ‘Safe Drop’.
- If for any reason the postman is unable to deliver the goods, they will leave a card to let you know. You will then need to arrange travel to the nominated post office to collect the goods.
- If you live in a rural area, our courier may contact you to organise a mutually convenient and secure location for delivery of the goods. However, we cannot guarantee this.
Confirmation
When you provide a valid email address when ordering online at www.irribiz.com.au you will receive an Online Order Confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing your order.
The Shipping Confirmation with tracking details will follow via email once your order has left our store.
If you haven’t received your Online Order Confirmation email:
- Confirm that you have placed your order with your correct email address.
- Check your spam / junk folders and
- If you still require assistance email online@irribiz.com.au.
